测试负载：
HV 2，公称厚度：h ≤ 0.6 mm；
HV 10，公称厚度：0.6 mm < h ≤ 1.2 mm；
HV 30，公称厚度：h > 1.2 mm。
④,产品等级A不适用于孔径d1和厚度h的公差。

Plain, i.e. washers to be supplied in natural finish or as agreed between screw manufacturer and washer supplier.
All tolerances shall apply prior to the application of a plating or coating.
Parts shall be uniform in quality and free of irregularities or detrimental defects. No protruding burrs shall appear on the washer .
ISO 3269
① Heat treated ( HT ) or work hardened ( WH ) to be defined in the designation . In case of no specication, the washer manufacturer can choose freely.
② Other materials as agreed between screw manufacturer and washer supplier.
③ Hardness class after the heat treatment of the screw and washer assembly in accordance with ISO 10644.
④ Hardness testing in accordance with ISO 6507-1. Test force:
HV 2 for nominal thicknesses h ≤ 0.6 mm;
HV 10 for nominal thicknesses 0.6 mm < h ≤ 1.2 mm;
HV 30 for nominal thicknesses h > 1.2 mm.
⑤ Product grade A does not apply to the tolerances of the clearance hole, d , and the thickness, h.
